Shipping Information

• Orders placed before 2 pm EST are typically shipped on the same business day. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Order shipments may be delayed due to severe weather conditions.
• We offer free shipping on orders over $75 to addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders outside this area are subject to additional shipping charges.
• We only ship within the United States.
• With our standard shipping by UPS/USPS, please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery once order is shipped.
• With our express shipping, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery once order is shipped.

Returns

We will accept returns on all unopened stock items within 30 days of purchase (minus any shipping charges).

Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:

• All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase, and must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• All items require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at Info@simulinen.com or calling us at (973) 684-6688.
• Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization.
• Please note, we do not accept returns on any custom printed items unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
• All Sale and Outlet items are offered as final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Refunds

After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment, less any shipping fees. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your account.
