We will accept returns on all unopened stock items within 30 days of purchase (minus any shipping charges).
Here are some important guidelines regarding our return policy:
- All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase, and must be in new condition and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- All items require an authorization, which can be obtained by emailing us at Info@simulinen.com or calling us at (973) 684-6688.
- Please do not send back your product before you have received an authorization.
- Please note, we do not accept returns on any custom printed items unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.
- All Sale and Outlet items are offered as final sale and are not eligible for returns.
