What are your products made of?

Our high-quality disposable linens are made of paper that feels like high-end, soft woven cloth.

Do your products really feel like cloth?

Yes. Texture is everything with our products. They are soft, strong, foldable…just like cloth. But, don’t take our word for it. Contact our Customer Service department to get a free sample!

How does paper feel like cloth? How does it not shred?

The secret behind our products is in the manufacturing process called airlaid. We use the most advanced airlaid production techniques to ensure our products are highly durable, ultra-absorbent, and lint-free. However, they are still paper and are therefore disposable.

What is airlaid paper?

In the simplest terms, common non-airlaid paper products (basic napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are made through a process that mixes water with wood pulp to essentially bond the fibers together. The material is then pressed, heated, and rolled to make the end product.

Is the product non-toxic and safe to use?


Are the paints used for custom-printed orders safe?

Yes. Our inks do not contain antimony, arsenic, soluble barium, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, or selenium. All materials used are in compliance with legal requirements. If you have any additional questions regarding our printing process and the specification of the compliance values and requirements regarding adhesion, please contact our Customer Service department.

Can I wash your products?

While our products are disposable, you can wash and reuse them, if desired. Instructions are simple: wash on a cold gentle cycle with a gentle detergent. Lay flat or hang to dry. We do not recommend tumble drying.

Can I iron your products?

Yes. You can use the iron’s highest settings as well as wet the napkins and towels with water as necessary. However, be sure to keep the iron moving to prevent burns.

Can I custom fold your napkins into various designs?

Yes. For tips and tricks, watch our folding videos. If you need to remove existing creases for your designs, you can either iron our folded napkins as explained above or purchase a flat pack (no pre-folds).

Does SimuLinen offer discounts on large-quantity purchases?

Yes. We offer automatic discounts on larger package purchases. When choosing a product, select the preferred package amount. The larger the quantity, the lower the price per item within the package.

Can I order retail products if I live outside of the United States?

At this time, we only ship retail items to domestic United States addresses. International sales are available to wholesale customers only. If you are a wholesale customer interested in making a purchase, please visit here for more information.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, you can take advantage of our gift messaging option during checkout. However, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.

What type of payment do you accept online?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.


What is SimuLinen’s return policy?

We guarantee 100% satisfaction. We will accept returns on all unopened stock items within 30 days of purchase and you will be responsible for return shipping fees. All items must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. Please return the items to SimuLinen, 428 Sand Shore Rd. Unit #1, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Please note, we do not accept returns on any custom printed items unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.

How do I return products?

Call or email our Customer Service department to request a return code and return mailing label. Once the product is received, we will refund the credit card used at time of purchase.


Can I ship my order to another address?

Yes. You can ship to the address of your choice.

What shipping methods are available?

We currently ship orders using either USPS or UPS.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed before 2 p.m. ET are typically shipped on the same day. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Order shipments may also be delayed due to severe weather conditions.

For retail orders:

If shipping by USPS/UPS, please allow 3 to 10 business days for delivery once order is shipped.
If shipping by Express Shipping, please allow 2 to 3 business days for delivery once order is shipped.

For wholesale orders:

Shipments are delivered via National Trucking Services or couriers (as appropriate). Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery once order is shipped.
