- What is Simulinen Company’s Return Policy?
We will accept returns on all stock items if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchased. Simply call or email our Customer Service department within 30 days of your purchase to obtain a return code. Our Customer Service department is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST. Once the product has been received, we will then credit the correct amount to your credit card. However, Simulinen does not accept returns on any personalized or custom designed items unless there is a manufacturer’s defect to the item.
- Does Simulinen offer discounts or special promotions on the products you sell?
From time to time, Simulinen will offer special discounts and promotions on items on our inventory. These discounts are offered to everyone on our mailing list. The mailing list consists of everyone of our registered users, past customers and anyone interested in receiving updates via email. To enroll on our mailing list, please proceed to My Account section of our website to register.
- How can I find out about the status of my order?
All Simulinen registered members can view the status of their current and past online orders by accessing the My Account area on the website. Should you need additional help, you can email our Customer Service Department or call us toll free. Please include your name, complete mailing address and order number you wish to track. Our Customer Service department is available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST.
- Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
Unfortunately at this time, Simulinen only ships to domestic United States addresses. All international sales can only be conducted at the wholesale level. Please contact our Customer Services department to speak to one of our Sales Representative for more details.
- Is it safe for me to use my credit card and is your site secure?
- Can you ship my order to another address?
Yes. Our users can also take advantage of our gift messaging and multiple address shipping services. Registered users have the option to ship merchandise and include a gift message with each shipment.
- Does Simulinen offer gift-wrapping?
No. Unfortunately Simulinen does not offer gift-wrapping services at this time.
- I left some items in my shopping cart on a previous visit and are no longer there when I returned, what happened to the items left on my cart?
If you are a registered user, the items will be saved and you will still have access to those items left on your shopping cart for up to 48 hours after your last visit. After that time, any items left on the cart will be deleted. If you are not a registered user, or if you did not initially log in, or were shopping as a guest, the items left on the shopping cart after leaving our site will not be available upon your return.
- Does Simulinen offer quantity discounts? Do you have a wholesale division?
Yes. Most of our In Home & Catering items have quantity discounts. Any quantities larger than the ones listed on the In Home & Catering section is handled through our Corporate Sales department. Please contact our Corporate Sales or our Customer Service department to speak to a Sales Representative. You can also visit our Wholesales Product section of our website for more information.
- What type of payment do you accept online?
You can pay for your orders by using VISA, MasterCard, American Express and/or Discover Card.
- What are your delivery methods?
Simulinen currently offer our Internet users two forms of delivery. The first method is by using FedEX Ground. With FedEX Ground, please allow 3 to 10 business days following shipment for your packages to arrive. The second method is by utilizing FedEx Express. FedEx Express will take anywhere from 2 to 3 business days following shipment for your packages to arrive. For our Corporate & Wholesale clients, we utilize National Trucking Services and couriers to deliver you orders to you. Please allow up to 5 business days following shipment for your orders to arrive. Simulinen does not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
- Are the paints and equipments used for Personalize orders and Custom Printing safe?
Yes they are. The ingredients of the basic shades of our ink do not contain, according to their chemical structure, any antimony, arsenic, soluble barium, lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and selenium. These products are in compliance with the values required by law. If you have any additional questions regarding our printing process and the specification of the compliance values and requirements regarding adhesion, please contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
